Method
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly brush both sides of the wonton wrappers with vegetable oil.
To form the taco shape, drape each wrapper over the side of a large square baking dish or nestle them into the gaps of an inverted muffin tin.
Bake the wonton shells for 5 to 7 minutes until they are firm and lightly browned, then set aside to cool.
In a large bowl, whisk together the hoisin sauce, soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil to create the marinade.
Toss the shredded chicken with half of the prepared marinade in a skillet over medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes until warmed through.
In a separate bowl, combine the coleslaw mix, cilantro, and lime juice with the remaining marinade to create the Asian slaw.
Assemble the tacos by spooning the warm chicken into each wonton shell, topping with a portion of slaw, and drizzling with sweet chili sauce.
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken to save significantly on prep and cook time.
Watch the wonton wrappers closely in the oven as they can transition from golden to burnt very quickly.
