Method
Scoop the flesh of the two ripe avocados into a food processor or high-speed blender.
Add the Greek yogurt, crumbled low-fat feta cheese, lime juice, and the peeled garlic clove to the container.
Process the mixture on high until it reaches a smooth and uniform consistency.
Add the fresh cilantro and ground cumin, then pulse 3 to 4 times just until the herbs are finely chopped and incorporated.
Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and serve immediately with sliced cucumbers, bell peppers, or celery sticks.
Notes
Use very soft, ripe avocados to ensure the dip is perfectly smooth rather than chunky.
To prevent the dip from turning brown, press a piece of plastic wrap directly onto the surface of the dip before refrigerating.
If you prefer a spicy kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes or a small jalapeño slice before blending.
Let the dip sit in the refrigerator for 20 minutes to allow the garlic and cumin flavors to meld.
